1. In Server type chose POP3
    

2. In Internet Email Settings fill these fields:

   1. Your display name

   2. Your Email Address (i.e.: username@apadana.com)

   3.  POP3 and SMTP Server (i.e.: mail.apadana.com for both of them)

   4. Your Email Username and password

note : For changing your Email settings you should go to this path:
Tools /Email Accounts and choose View and click the change button
