1. First type your Display Name that you want to appear in your Sent Email
    

2. Type your Email Account (i.e. : username@apadana.com )
    

3. Input SMTP (for sending email) and POP3 (for receiving Email) Servers
   (i.e. : mail.apadana.com for both of them)
    

4. Type your Email Username and password

note : For changing your Email settings you should go to this path:
Tools /Accounts/mail and click properties
